English Tea Party Invitation

Good Evening, Ladies......

Salli and I received an email from Marybeth that the Wesley Chapel ladies group that meets in Friendship Hall on Wednesday evening is extending an invitation to the women of Atonement to attend their upcoming tea...... Salli said the group is similar to our WELCA group, including doing like-charitable events and activities. The Tea Party will be May 1st in our Friendship Hall 3-5 PM.

The info email: "We are having a fancy hat competition if the ladies want to join in. We do have a smart dress code for the event, as if you were going to tea with an English friend. We have a full agenda, a draft of which is outlined below: Ice Breaker as people are getting settled Pledge of Allegiance Intro by our President A 20-min presentation about GFWC Tea, while eating tea I will go through a few trivia facts about English Tea We will have another couple of games after tea We will also have chance to use the photo booth Favors will be distributed Conclusion -Thank you so much for coming. There will be a raffle Please let your ladies know that they MUST register for the event as there are only 30 places and we will not be able to accommodate more. We have 12 signed up already and still a month to go."
