The officers of WELCA are inviting all Ladies of Atanement to our first fall meeting which is Saturday, September 12, beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Friendship Hall. Your officers are Diana Christman and Sherie Manulak, Co-Leaders, Sally Schaefer, Secretary, and Cheryl Jefts, Treasurer. The meeting will proceed our Harvest Luncheon. No need to bring any food items. The Luncheon Committe has planned a lovely luncheon. Please come and enjoy!

Our Lutheran WELCA ladies met in Friendship Hall this morning. The ladies were asked to bring a long-stem flower. The flowers were arranged in four vases for tomorrow's service in honor of Mother's Day. Co-leader Diana Christian called the meeting to order. Olivia David provided the devotion and prayer. Bids are being accepted for the Elder Law Package thru Sunday. The highest bidder will be announced on Sunday, April 26 during the 10:30 am church service. ($1250 Minimum Bid) Proceeds benefit the Rebuilding Our Future campaign.

Dear friends in Christ, It is with sorrow that we inform you of the death of retired pastor, the Rev. David Paul Kruger on March 10, 2026 at the age of 89. Rev. Kruger was born in Bellevue, Iowa. He attended Wartburg College and Iowa State University, graduating with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. He later attended Lutheran School of Theology in Chicago to earn his M.Div. degree. He went on serve as mission developer and first pastor of Prince of Peace L
