Testimonial
A Columbarium is a permanent structure comprised of small niches designed to hold urns of creamated human remains. The Columbarium is an extension of the church, for those who believe in God's presence. It provides a final resting place for those we love.
A niche is a compartment within the
Columbarium. Each niche is able to accommodate two (2) urns, depending on the type and size of the urns used.
The dimensions of each niche are 13" across the front x 12" each side x 8.5" across the back x 12" high. Two (2) urns must be no longer than 6" in diameter each to fit in one niche.
"Following careful thought, I decided to purchase a niche in the Atonement Lutheran Columbarium. I wanted a simple, yet attractively designed location that would be easily accessible to family and friends. The idea of a gravesite plot within a large cemetery did not appeal to me because of cost considerations and environmental concerns." CLK
