Hey everyone... the Live Nativity is only a few weeks away and I still have a lot of spots left to fill for this to work!!

For the 6:30pm performance I need:

An Innkeeper (can be a youth or adult)

2 more wisemen (or ladies)

a couple shepherds (can be kids or adults)

Prophet (this is a speaking part)

Singers (you do not have to be a choir member)

For the 7:30pm performance I need:

Mary

Joseph

2 wisemen (or ladies)

Prophet (speaking part)

Angels (can be kids or adults)

REHEARSAL is FRIDAY DEC. 13th at 5pm

PERFORMANCES SATURDAY DEC 14th (arrive by 5:30pm if you are in the cast)

Other items needed:

REFRESHMENTS : See Kelly Fraiser if you can help!

6 cases of bottled water

Hot chocolate packets (25 total)

Assorted cookies (25 dozen)

*items can be dropped off during the week (office is open 10a-3p)

Need an old style lantern
