Our Atonement Lutheran Church Men's Group held a raffle to benefit our "Rebuilding Our Future" fundraiser. The prize was a bi-plane flight at the Happy Hangar Cafe where flights are offered. The Men's Group hold their Bible study the 3rd Saturday of the month. Pastor Scott has always wanted to take a flight in the plane. He bought a ticket.....AND his ticket was pulled! On March 15th prior to the Bible study Pastor took his flight. Several church members witnessed his flight. Pastor so enjoyed his flight which included flying over the church. Note: the first photo is by Jan Gerle who 'caught' Pastor modeling his appropriate flight headgear!
